When I first began Buoyant Living, I was drawn to the idea of creating a life rooted in joy, play, and flow. I imagined it as a gentle philosophy — one that encouraged people to live more lightly, more wholeheartedly, and to embrace everyday moments with a sense of spaciousness.
The word buoyant evoked a certain lightness of being.
And that’s where it all started.
But over time — through my own inner growth and my work with clients and groups — I began to feel a deeper current beneath this lightness. Especially in the realm of mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Today, I relate being buoyant to being resilient.
And not just resilience in the face of life-altering adversity — but the kind that shows up in the quiet, messy, in-between moments of our everyday lives.
“Resilience is remaining buoyant while navigating life.”
It’s how we recover from overwhelm.
How we meet self-doubt with gentleness.
How we bounce back after emotional fatigue, without spiraling into patterns that no longer serve us.
Buoyancy isn’t about staying upbeat all the time.
It’s about how we return to ourselves when things feel off.
And that, to me, is the true heart of mental wellness.
Through my work as an Expressive Arts Therapy practitioner, I hold space for women to explore their inner worlds — not by “fixing” themselves, but by gently meeting their emotions, patterns, and truths.
Wellness, in this space, becomes an invitation — not a goal.
It’s not about being perfect or healed.
It’s about being present and aware.
It’s about creating space for expression, reflection, and emotional grounding.
What started as a philosophy of joyful living has evolved into a deeper offering:
A space that helps you restore emotional resilience, deepen self-connection, and live with greater awareness and softness.
Buoyant Living is no longer just about joy.
It is about resilient joy.
It is about graceful strength.
It is about creating an inner home you can return to — again and again.
If you’ve ever felt the quiet exhaustion of holding it all together…
If you long for a deeper, kinder way to be with yourself…
If mental health, for you, feels like a personal, ongoing dance rather than a destination…
You’re in the right place.
Welcome to Buoyant Living.
We’re just getting started.
